Almost 20 years ago, I began my career as an Occupational Therapist. Over the years, I worked in mental health settings and physical rehabilitation in hospitals and the community.
As an OT, I have visited many of my clients' homes to assess if the environment was suitable, and if any modifications or equipment could help them live a more independent and fulfilling life.

I continued to further my interest in the health sector by completing a Masters in Public Health at the National University of Singapore.
​
Family commitments diverted my work to a managerial role at an SME for a number of years before I came into the Real Estate industry. I was captivated by how closely it related to my early work as a therapist - using a client-centred approach to determine the best Person-Environment fit.
With both certifications, I could truly journey with a client from professionally assessing their needs, to finding their dream home or workplace.
This was the start of PropAbility.

I believe that everyone deserves not only a beautiful home, but also to have the ability to live a beautiful and meaningful life within that home.
